This is a bundle for my first two ebooks – Eat Real and Real Food, Real Fast!
About Eat Real
Welcome to my very first cookbook, Eat Real! Inside is 55 easy-to-make paleo inspired recipes that the entire family will love! I’ve included recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, sides, snacks, condiments and desserts.
I can’t tell you how excited I am to get this book to you. This e-cookbook has become a labor of love and I wanted it to represent not only my love for food but how my family really eats day to day.
When creating this book, it was important to me that I create a book that people will actually cook from. I sought to create recipes that become family favorites and recipes you make so many times that eventually you don’t even need the recipe. My goal is to get people and families back in the kitchen cooking and eating REAL food, understanding what types of food fuels their bodies and what types of foods make them feel not so great.
And with that, it’s time to Eat Real people!
About Real Food, Real Fast
After several years now of eating clean, I’ve figured out the key to maintaining it. By keeping the fuss out. Don’t get me wrong, I love a decadent meal that I’ve spent all afternoon in the kitchen making but that’s not sustainable everyday and sets an unrealistic expectation for everyone. It’s just not possible to maintain that with our busy lives. And since making our own food is such a huge part of keeping things clean, there needs to be a middle ground.
The key to eating well long-term is in the convenience factor, plain and simple. If a recipe is going to take us 2 hours to make and needs 20 different ingredients from 3 different stores, chances are it’s not going to make it onto our dinner table. And for those nights when you’re short on time (most nights) that pizza or takeout is going to be a lot more tempting. Truth.
It’s also important to keep healthy food interesting for us to be engaged and excited about it. Boiled chicken and steamed broccoli aren’t going to do the job. When creating this eBook, I challenged myself to get creative and create recipes that would keep us engaged and excited. Food that didn’t seem or feel “healthy”. Like Spaghetti Squash Chicken Alfredo or Green Chile Chicken Chilaquiles.
One final thought… Why did I keep this eBook to breakfast and dinners? Because I think that’s where our real pain points lie. Breakfasts find us scrambling around trying to get out the door and grabbing something quick that might not be the most nutritious way to start the day. Dinners are at the end of a long day of work, school, errands and soccer practices and find us exhausted. These are the times I feel we struggle the most to step up and put the extra bit of effort into our diets. As for lunches, I typically keep them down and dirty anyways with leftovers or cut up veggies and tuna or lunch meat. It’s never really a “recipe” per se. Wanting this eBook to be a true tool for you, I kept it to what I think we need the most.
So have fun with these quick, no-fuss recipes and enjoy Real Food, Real Fast.
Because this is an internet download, all sales are final as there is no way to return the product.
