  • 1/2 cup rolled oats I like Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free variety
  • 2 tablespoons dried blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop of your favorite collagen powder optional

  • Add all of the ingredients into a mason jar or storage container until ready to use.To cook, bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add all of the jar/storage container to the water.
  • Cook the oats for 4 to 5 minutes, turning the temperature down to medium and stirring occasionally until the oats are tender. Serve warm.

  • Store these in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Steel cut oats will work as well but will need to be cooked down a bit longer.
  • Mix up the flavor with things like dried cherries and cocoa powder, pecans, etc. Keep the rations and amounts the same but feel free to play around.
