Cool Ranch Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 15oz cans Chickpeas drained, rinsed, and dried
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion granules
  • 1 pinch cayenne more if you'd like it spicier
  • 1 lime zest from one lime

Instructions

  • Preheat the over to 425* F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all of the ingredients to large bowl and toss to coat well.
  • Spread evenly over the baking sheet and bake them for 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown.
