Cool Ranch Roasted Chickpeas

- 2 15oz cans Chickpeas drained, rinsed, and dried
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp onion granules
- 1 pinch cayenne more if you'd like it spicier
- 1 lime zest from one lime
Preheat the over to 425* F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to large bowl and toss to coat well.
Spread evenly over the baking sheet and bake them for 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown.
