- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 C ghee or butter melted
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- splash or two or three of Tabasco
Add egg yolks, lemon and Tabasco to blender and blend on high until mixture thickens
Slowwwwly drizzle butter into egg mixture while blending in low
Blend until incorporated and thickens
