  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 C ghee or butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • splash or two or three of Tabasco


  • Add egg yolks, lemon and Tabasco to blender and blend on high until mixture thickens
  • Slowwwwly drizzle butter into egg mixture while blending in low
  • Blend until incorporated and thickens
