- FOR EGG NOG
- 1 cup paleo egg nog reference link in post
- 1/3 C. chia seeds
- FOR CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT
- 1 C. full fat coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/3 C. chia seeds
- FOR PUMPKIN PIE
- 1/2 C. full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 C. almond milk
- 1/2 C. pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 C. chia seeds
- pinch of salt
FOR ALL VARIETIES
Stir chia seeds into other ingredients thoroughly and place in refrigerator
Stir after 2 hours and return to refrigerator
Continue to refrigerate for a minimum 5 hours until pudding has thickened
