Preheat oven to 400*
Slice sandwich bread into crostini sized pieces
Toast crostini pieces for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden and crispy
Meanwhile, quarter figs and place into a roasting pan
Add rosemary, orange zest, coconut oil, orange juice and toss to coat.
Add small drizzle of honey across the top.
Roast in 400* over for roughly 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
In a small food processor, roughly blend roasted figs. Texture should be somewhat chunky.
Cook bacon to desired doneness and cut into 2 inch pieces.
Top crostinis with warm fig compote and piece of bacon on the top
Garnish with additional rosemary sprigs and oranges
