- 3/4 C. almond meal not flour, Trader Joe's has a perfect one
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 C. almond milk
- 1/2 C. coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Add all of the above ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until combined
Top with your favorite fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or mangoes
