Gluten-Free Raspberry Cheesecake Pops

  • 2 cups vanilla dairy-free or whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers


  • Add the yogurt and honey to a bowl and stir to combine until the honey is well incorporated.
  • Add the raspberry preserves and swirl it in a few times until it starts to mix in then add the
  • graham cracker crumbs and stir it again. Don’t over mix the yogurt as the swirls of raspberries
  • and chunks of graham cracker make it all the more tasty.
  • Pour the mixture into your popsicles molds and freeze them for 8+ hours.
