Ingredients
Gingerbread Spice Mix
1 teaspoonall spice
1teaspoonginger
1teaspooncinnamon
1/2 teaspoonnutmeg
1/2 teaspooncloves
pinch black pepper
For the Gingerbread Matcha Latte
4ounceshot water
1servingmatcha powdervaries by manufacturer, usually 1 teaspoon
1/4teaspoongingerbread spice mixsee above
2teaspoonsmaple syrup
4ounceshot or steamed milk
Instructions
Gingerbread Spice Mix
Add all of the ingredients together in an airtight jar.
For the Gingerbread Matcha Latte
Add the hot water to a glass with your matcha powder and gingerbread spice mix.
Stir vigorously to combine and dissolve the matcha.
Add the maple syrup.
Add hot or steamed milk to your matcha and lightly stir.
