Ingredients

Gingerbread Spice Mix

  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • pinch black pepper

For the Gingerbread Matcha Latte

  • 4 ounces hot water
  • 1 serving matcha powder varies by manufacturer, usually 1 teaspoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix see above
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 4 ounces hot or steamed milk

Instructions

Gingerbread Spice Mix

  • Add all of the ingredients together in an airtight jar.

For the Gingerbread Matcha Latte

  • Add the hot water to a glass with your matcha powder and gingerbread spice mix.
  • Stir vigorously to combine and dissolve the matcha.
  • Add the maple syrup.
  • Add hot or steamed milk to your matcha and lightly stir.
