Smoky BBQ Dip / Aioli
A tasty dip that doubles as on aioli for veggies or chips. Paleo friendly, gluten-free and dairy-free.

- 1 C. homemade olive oil mayo see post above for recipe link
- 1/4 C. onion chopped and sautéed
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
- 3 drops liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients together and combine using an immersion blender
Serve with Jackson's Honest Sweet Potato Chips, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, as a salad dressing
