thai basil meatballs + "peanut" dipping sauce

- 1.25 lbs ground turkey or chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1.5 C. basil finely chopped I use food processor or blender because I'm lazy!
- 1 tsp. ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 4 oz jar of green curry paste
For Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 C. crunchy almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp. chili oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 5 Tbsp. water
Preheat oven to 375*
In a large bowl combine all meatball ingredients thoroughly
Lightly oil two baking dishes
Roll meatballs into balls the size of a cutie orange and place in dish
Bake for 20 minutes
For dipping sauce, combine dipping ingredients thoroughly
