Preheat oven to 375*
Wrap one slice of bacon around 8-10 asparagus stalks
Place bacon / asparagus packs on wire rack with pan below to catch the drippings
Wrap remaining asparagus into packs
Bake in oven at 375* for 40 minutes
Meanwhile in a small saucepan heat 1 Tbsp. of butter on medium low heat
Once butter is hot, add garlic and cook until tender about 3-4 minutes making sure not to burn the garlic
Turn heat to medium and add remaining butter, white wine and lemon juice and cook until melted
Once melted add coconut milk
Combine arrowroot starch with 1/2 Tbsp. of water and stir until combined, add to saucepan and incorporate
Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp of pepper is a good starting point)
Simmer for about 5-10 minutes
Plate asparagus and drizzle sauce over, you can also serve a small side of sauce to guests to pour their own
