Pesto Mason Jar Mayo
An easy way to make a pesto mayonnaise in less than 60 seconds.
Servings: 4 -6
Ingredients
- 1 C. mayo
- 2 cloves garlic
- Large handful of basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add garlic cloves, basil and salt and pepper to mayonnaise
- Using an immersion blender, blend ingredients until incorporated
- Additional salt and pepper to taste if needed
