Smoky BBQ Dip / Aioli

A tasty dip that doubles as on aioli for veggies or chips. Paleo friendly, gluten-free and dairy-free.

  • 1 C. homemade olive oil mayo see post above for recipe link
  • 1/4 C. onion chopped and sautéed
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
  • 3 drops liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Add all ingredients together and combine using an immersion blender
  • Serve with Jackson's Honest Sweet Potato Chips, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, as a salad dressing
