Cottage Cheese, Artichoke + Chickpea Spread

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1½ teaspoons red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoons black pepper
- sliced bread
- microgreens
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend on high speed until ingredients are combined and smooth.
Spread over your favorite toast and drizzle with optional olive oil and red pepper flakes. Top with micro greens.
