Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte

Get cozy with a mug of Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte flavored with real pumpkin puree. No fancy coffee machines needed and so much better than Starbucks! Paleo, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, and clean-eating approved.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. hot coffee
  • 1/2 C. almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy

Notes

Tips for making Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte: 
  • This recipe works best with a high-speed blender like a Vitamix so it can really whip up the almond milk and give it that great foam. 
  • My favorite pumpkin puree is the Trader Joe's Organic as it comes with no additives. You can just save the rest in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. Why not use the rest of it in any of my pumpkin recipes from the blog? 
  • If you have any leftovers, you can reheat them when you're ready to consume and give your latte a quick whiz in the blender.
