- 1/2 C. almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Tips for making Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte:
- This recipe works best with a high-speed blender like a Vitamix so it can really whip up the almond milk and give it that great foam.
- My favorite pumpkin puree is the Trader Joe's Organic as it comes with no additives. You can just save the rest in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. Why not use the rest of it in any of my pumpkin recipes from the blog?
- If you have any leftovers, you can reheat them when you're ready to consume and give your latte a quick whiz in the blender.
