My take on bulletproof coffee using coconut oil.
Servings: 1 -2
- 1 cups of hot brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon. maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Add all ingredients together and using an immersion blender blend until frothy.
Note you need to use mixing cup that comes with immersion blender or coffee will spill over.
Pour into your mug and enjoy your new favorite morning treat!
