Paleo Banana Blondies
A dairy free, grain free fudgey paleo blondie.

- 2 extra ripe bananas
- 1/2 C. creamy almond butter well stirred
- 1/3 C. maple syrup
- 1/3 C. + 1 Tbsp. coconut flour I like Nutiva brand
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 C. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350*
Grease an 8x8 baking dish with coconut oil or line with parchment paper
All all ingredients into a high powered blender (like a Blendtec!) and blend until smooth
Add walnuts and pulse to combine
Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes
