frozen "oatmeal"

A grain free mock up of traditional oatmeal... except that it's frozen and perfect for the warmer months.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. almond meal not flour, Trader Joe's has a perfect one
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 C. almond milk
  • 1/2 C. coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. ground flax
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all of the above ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until combined
  • Top with your favorite fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or mangoes
